Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for using our services at The Credit Cookie.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for the credit repair services.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to The Credit Cookie LLC, 304 S. Jones Blvd #5708 Las Vegas, NV 89107.
  • Services refer to what was signed in the Contract.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Contract is a legal document that you sign to begin service.
  • Website refers to The Credit Cookie, accessible from thecreditcookie.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 60 days upon the conditions provided below.

The deadline for canceling and receiving a refund is 60 days from the date on which you signed the documents and agree to our services.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which our investigation started. You will be refunded by the same payment method that you used when you first signed up.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that you meet all the requirements:

  • The Services were purchased in the last 60 days
  • Within the 60 days of service, you have received no point increase.
  • Within the 60 days of service, you have had no derogatory mark removed.
  • You have had your service for at least 60 days.

The following Services cannot be refunded if:

  • You have caused a negative effect on your score within the time of service, out of our control.
  • You have added a derogatory mark on your credit history within the time of service, out of our control.
  • You do not provide us with the required documentation in a timely manner to assist in your repair.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any service that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunding Services

The enrolled client must fill out a form and email it to us where we will start a 3-day investigation into the client’s account to verify that the clients, during the time of enrollment, credit score didn’t increase 1 point or 0 derogatory remarks were removed from the client’s report. We will also verify that the client didn’t add any derogatory marks or cause any lowering to their credit score in the means to get a refund.
